• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on 23729, and/or bring the item to the store and present to one of our customer service representatives.

4. Inspection and Processing:

• All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed in a timely manner after receiving the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to custom indent orders, cut-to-length materials, and items that have been used or modified.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately – 23729.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.

• If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
• Refunds will be issued minus the return shipping costs and any applicable fees.

• In certain cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
